The Superior King Room featured a large, comfortable bed and tasteful decor that truly set a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room’s furnishings created a pleasant vibe for relaxing after a day exploring.
The Deluxe King Room was tucked under the eaves, making it feel a bit cramped, and the cleanliness could have used a bit more attention—especially the Velux windows which looked rather neglected. Breakfast options were limited. the vegetarian choice felt a touch underwhelming when stacked against a hearty full English, leaving me wishing for something with more flair. Just a note, I’m a bit picky about tea, and the Tetley served didn’t quite cut it for me—personal preference, I suppose.

A perfect spot, only a short walk to the heart of the town, with the added advantage of on-site secure parking. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, offering helpful local insights and chilling our wine for us. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the room was pristine and comfortable, featuring a mini fridge, which was a nice touch.

It was just a fitting option for a speedy visit in Ambleside with best value. The cleaning staff did a decent job keeping things tidy, but the Velux windows could use a thorough clean. If you're after a budget stay, just set your expectations accordingly.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was super comfy with posh bedding, and the shower was like a spa. Plus, the decor was so chic it made me feel like royalty!
Only downside? I think I gained five pounds from all the breakfast temptations! They should issue yoga mats with the room keys!

Exceptional stay with charming details
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the exceptional breakfast that could be customized to my liking, featuring fresh ingredients and generous portions. The cleanliness and modern decor of my Deluxe King Room made for a comfortable retreat, while the availability of fresh milk for tea added a nice personal touch. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding what is included with the breakfast options.

My stay in a Junior Suite was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, great location near Ambleside, and a standout breakfast that catered to my likes. The staff's attentiveness truly enhanced my experience. The only downside was carrying luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, an unforgettable stay.

The Deluxe King Room was cozy and stylish, with plush bedding that felt great to sink into. I loved having a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and daily water. The walk-in shower had awesome water pressure. It was all super clean and well-maintained. Only downside was the room could have been a bit roomier, but overall, really nice stay.

Great spot near everything!
We spent 2 nights and loved the place! It’s right between Ambleside and Waterhead, super easy to explore. Check-in was chill, and our room was really comfy with everything we needed. Breakfast had a solid mix of stuff, and the staff were quick and friendly. Just wish the shower had better pressure though.

Stunning views and cozy vibes
Had a fab time! The room was super comfy, and the views from the top floor were insane. Breakfast was a treat with loads of choices. I loved picking out what I wanted the night before. Only thing was the parking was a bit tight when we arrived. Ambleside's a great spot for dinner too!
